I didn’t think it was possible but this morning I went out for breakfast and it happened. The unthinkable. It hurts even just to write it….. I had bad bacon.

Found the 16 yr old me....
So I’m back in NY for some holiday relaxation. I started digging around my old room and found my old CD’s..this has resulted in rocking out to local band music and recollecting on what a punk (and loser) I was back in high school.
Oddly enough I haven’t changed that much. Finally time has caught up with me and my ways. I told you guys I was cool.
On the fist day of christmas....
new york gave me a cold. ‘I gave you my heart and you gave me a pen cold’. I hope it’s not the AIDS acting up.
FYI my dear F.O.F: I feel the need to build a fort on every major holiday now. I’m currently in the midst of sketching out plans for the sickest fort for the MLK Day retreat.

So my travel woes are now behind me…I hope. I’ve blogged/bitched/Facebook’d about it enough that I think it’s out of my system. What really helped was the drinks with fam n friends last night. Nothing like booze at your old haunt.

Man it’s so good to finally be in NY. Oh wait I’m not. I’m still in LA b/c my flight was cancelled.
My day so far:
I was in my seat on the plane drifting into a much needed nap when I was awakened by a steward telling me my connection to NY was canceled and I had about 2 minutes to decide what I wanted to do. So I got off the plane and got booked on the red eye for tonight....
East Coast Adventure begins....
I call it an adventure b/c I over slept (alarm where were you?) and was awakened by Super Shuttle telling me that they’re outside. Not to crazy except for the fact that I hadn’t packed yet….at all. So in a matter of 7mins flat I packed a suitcase for a 2 week long trip. Easy to do considering I dumped my laundry basket into the suitcase, zipped it up and bolted out my door. Did...
Revelations
I’ve discovered this morning that the point that I am actually awake and functioning precisely coincides with the time I spit out my first joke/sarcastic statement of the day. This occured today @ 8:12AM.
