New Music Day....and the joys of opening a CD case
I just purchased and opened 3 new CD’s. I get that it’s a digital world and everything, but there is something special that happens with a new CD. You fight the plastic cover for a minute or two, but finally cave and grab some scissors. Quickly you dispose of your clear crackly enemy and examine the cover. my brand of huumor....why it exists
I first heard this joke, as told by my mom in front of my whole family, when I was about six years old. I thought is was stupid, but reading it now it basically shows the roots of what has become my Dry-Obvious-Observational-High Pun driven sense of humor. Also it shows what lengths I will go for a laugh, no matter how cheap it is. A laugh is a laugh. Enjoy.
